SO tasty.

Doug and I love this marinade, it packs a ton of flavour! Really nice on rice or with a veggie medley. A quick and easy recipe, guaranteed to delight! We paired ours with grilled asparagus and leftover quinoa. Substitute your choice of veggies get grilling!

Marinade for at least an hour.

Cooks in 5-10 minutes.


  • ~2 lbs Sliced Beef ( we used tenderloin but you can use whatever you have on hand)
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 cup  Sweet White Wine


  1. Combine Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Garlic and White Wine in a large bowl.
  2. Add Sliced Beef, be sure each slice is coated
  3. Marinade for 1-24 hours
  4. Cook on hot Primal Stones for 5-10 minutes.
